Just What We Needed
“My husband and I were so excited to take our first ski trip together. We had heard all of the amazing things about Vail, CO, and couldn’t wait to experience it for ourselves.
When we arrived in Vail, however, something felt off. The air was thin and it felt like we couldn’t catch our breath no matter how hard we tried. It was a strange sensation that neither one of us could explain or feel comfortable with. When night fell, sleep was nearly impossible as every breath seemed labored and filled with fear of what might be wrong with us.
We awoke feeling exhausted after a sleepless night and immediately decided to look for help around town. After some searching online we came across Recovery Lab Vail – an IV Hydration and oxygen bar designed specifically for people struggling to acclimate to the high altitude environment that is common in Colorado mountain towns like Vail.
The moment we stepped into their facility they had us hooked up on their oxygen bar while one of the technician prepared an IV Hydration cocktail tailored specifically for us based on our symptoms from being at such high altitude levels without time to adjust properly before skiing or other activities began.. We both knew this would be just what we needed!
After half an hour on the oxygen bar followed by the IV hydration therapy cocktail treatment both my husband and I started feeling much better – so good that even before leaving Recovery Lab Vail I asked him if he wanted to go skiing right away! He agreed wholeheartedly! That’s when the real fun began…we ended up having an incredible ski vacation full of magical moments thanks entirely due Recovery Lab Vail’s excellent service!”

Felt Like A New Man

Fantastic Experience
This was a fantastic experience! I went in today with my friend and my daughter. We got oxygen (one with eucalyptus and one with lavender). We sat in super comfortable chairs and had our feet in foot massagers and it was heaven. Highly recommend this experience and the very kind and hospitable owner.

Piece of Heaven
My friend and I (with her 7 year old daughter) just experienced a little piece of heaven at The Recovery Lab. The oxygen treatment with eucalyptus was invigorating. No detail was spared to ensure our comfort, from the comfy chair, foot massage machine, and plush throw blanket. The service was first class and I cannot think of a better way to find some relief from the effects of the altitude. We feel very lucky to have come across this place and would highly recommend this to anyone coming in from low altitudes (I’m from Houston). Get the 30 min oxygen treatment…you won’t regret it! We will definitely be back.

Needed A Boost
I was feeling run down and needed a boost. I spent some time with the Normatec boots on while listening to NuCalm, and found it to be so restorative. I felt like I got into a deeply relaxing state in such a short time. Ivette did an amazing job at my IV, and I felt great after my visit! I brought my Mom and brother back for treatments when they were in town visiting. It’s great for anyone feeling the effects of the altitude or feeling sore from skiing. Highly recommend!
